Payment Methods, Withdrawal Policy, Makeup Lesson Policy

Payment Methods

Students are required to pay a one-month refundable deposit upon enrolment to secure their lesson slot. All school fees must be paid by the 15th of each month. Late payments will incur a 50% penalty based on the most recent school fees paid. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of lessons.

Payments can be made via cash, PayNow, or bank transfer, and all fees include GST. The enrolment fee is $32.70.

Makeup Lesson Policy

Students are entitled to make-up lessons only if requests are submitted at least 24 hours in advance through the designated digital form. Each teacher will provide the appropriate form link upon enrolment. If a student arrives late, no additional time will be provided to compensate for the time missed.

Withdrawal Policy

Requests for termination of lessons must be submitted and acknowledged by the School before the 7th of the month for the withdrawal to take effect at the end of that same month. Requests made after the 7th will take effect at the end of the following month. The refundable deposit will be returned on the last lesson of the month of termination and cannot be used to offset school fees.
